KBZ-HT submersible sewage pump for high temperature liquids
KBZ submersible drainage pumps are made of high alloy wear-resistant materials. This series of slurry submersible pumps are with unique sealing device which can balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, greatly protect the reliability of the mechanical seal, and the pump motor adopts a variety of protection measures such as overheating protection, water detection protection, which can run safely in harsh working conditions for a long time. The submersible pump’s pre-stirring impeller can impact the sediment into a high concentration of turbulence, so that the pump without the auxiliary device to achieve a high concentration of silt absorption. Moreover the motor pump is made of wear- resistant alloy, wear-resistant, good corrosion resistance, large flow channel, strong sewage capacity, can pass through the larger solid particles.
Structure and characteristics
The KBZ-HT series high-temperature submersible electric pump can handle liquids up to 80 degrees Celsius.
The insulation level, rubber material, bearings, and lubrication of the motor are upgraded on the basis of the standard type (handling liquids up to 40 degrees Celsius).
